Type of storage

  • The buildings are suitable for all types of storage and handling of goods that have no special requirements in terms of cooling or heating.
  • The warehouses can be subdivided into four types of warehouse (see below).

Site fenced. These buildings can only be accessed by reporting in and/ or with an (alpha)pass.

Curved warehouses
Units between 5,700 and 10,700m² available.
Maximum height of 6.60metres between the roof rafters and 11.45metres at the highest point.
Maximum weight on floor capacity of 6 tons (Stelcon plates).
Minimum of four sliding doors per unit.
Small canopies on both sides of these units, as well as more than sufficient storage space around these warehouses.
  • Not directly connected loading ramps.
New warehouses (Year of construction: 2010): Units
Units between 1,100 and 5,100m² available.
Maximum height of 9metres between the roof rafters and 10.80metres at the highest point.
Maximum weight on floor capacity of 6 tons (polished concrete).
Minimum 2 to 4 automated sectional gates per unit.
Each unit has a shed with plenty of storage and/ or handling space.
  • Not directly connected loading ramps.
  • 5 loading ramps available under the sheds.
Other warehouses
Units between 870 and 9,300m² available.
Maximum height of 8.80 to 9.20metres between the roof rafters and 10.50 to 10.70metres at the highest point.
Maximum floor weight capacity of 6 tons (polished concrete).
Minimum 2 to 4 sectional gates (some automated) per unit,

1 unit fitted with a rapid operation door.
3 units have adjoining sheds.
3 units have an adjoining loading dock with 3 or 5 loading ramps.
Warehouse with refurbished roof construction
Units between 6,800 and 7,500m² available.
Maximum height of 7.70metres between the roof rafters and 8.50metres at the highest point.
Maximum floor weight capacity of 6 tons (asphalt).
Minimum 2 to 4 sectional gates (some automated) per unit.
1 unit has an adjoining shed.
1 unit has an adjoining loading dock with 3 loading ramps.
